How Do You Know The Tools Are Any Good?

An aspect that I like is the Appsumo product reviews. Anyone that has used the product can give their review, and a score rating out of 5 is established. The Continually product above has 95 verified reviews, which you have to log in to do so.

When a customer gives a review, they also give a taco rating. Yes, as in Mexican tacos! Don’t ask me why, it’s just their humorous way of doing things.

So, the above Continually product has been given a 4.75 rating out of 5, from 95 reviews. You’d get a fairly good idea that this is a decent product, and you can read all the reviews to get some idea of what customers like about it.

I have noted however, that there’s been some complaints on Trustpilot in regards to the reviews. I personally have not had an issue with this, and do take their ratings and reviews into account when making a purchase.

The Refund Policy

I’ve only once had to ask for a refund, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the way it was handled. I received an automated response after the program I bought was not exactly what I was after.

Within 9 hours, I had received an email from Appsumo confirming my refund. This was with no need for an explanation (although I provided it anyway) or any complaint on their behalf.
