It’s one of the newest money making opportunities to have hit the internet recently, and claims you can make huge returns with small numbers of conversions. So, can you really make the large figures claimed, or is OPM Wealth a scam?

What is OPM Wealth

The OPM Wealth system is a high ticket franchise that claims you can be making 6 figures in as little as 12 weeks. That’s an all mighty claim if you ask me, but they stick by this assertion.

What does OPM stand for? Other People’s Money! So why call the system OPM Wealth? Because they will use their team to help you get a better credit score, so you can BORROW other people’s money to secure a franchise.

The idea is to use other people’s money to invest in this system, which involves recruiting others into the scheme. Your job is to advertise the same system to others, and earn commissions if they join up.

This sounds fairly simple, so how does it really work? Here’s a run-down of the membership area and the process to get started.

How Does OPM Wealth Work

The best part about this program in my opinion, is that you can create a free account to see what OPM Wealth is all about. This is unusual because many of these types of programs like you to pay a fee before becoming a member.

So, once you create yourself an account, you can gain access to the membership area. This all looks fairly genuine, and I do like the number of informational videos that explain the process. Here’s a list of the dashboard tutorials.

Not all these modules are available with the free membership, you’re going to have to invest before many of these modules are opened up to you. I do understand this, they don’t just give all their information away for free.

Once you’ve spoken to your OPM Wealth coach, it’s time to decide on a membership level. These are all high ticket options, and you will be advised of this in the initial training.

Here’s a list of the various product levels

• Hermes – $2,000
• Apollo – $5,000
• Athena – $8,500
• Poseidon – $14,500
• Zeus – $27,500

As you can see, they are not cheap. This is why Stefan advises the program is not for wimps. At least they tell you this up front, and don’t attempt to sell you something where you have no idea what it will cost.

But…what do you actually get for this money you’re investing? In physical terms, nothing apart from a gift, which I’ll explain soon. This is simply a money circulation system where you’ll be recruiting others, in the hope that you’ll earn large commissions from each member you recruit.

Because this is done on a tiered level basis, I’d consider it a pyramid scheme.

You see, you can only recruit and earn commission from those on the same levels as you. The more money you invest, the more commissions you can make.

Payment in Bitcoin

They seem to have a big interest in cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin. This will be the preferred (actually only) method of payment that you’ll use, to receive commissions.

You may have noticed some of the training includes crypto currency tendencies. This training is provided for 2 reasons. Firstly, so you understand how to work with the preferred payment model.

Secondly, they also encourage you to learn how to trade in cryptos. Some guides are provided should you want to accept this strategy.

Bitcoin is a necessity to enter the OPM Wealth program.

Have We Seen This Before

I am concerned that we have seen similar programs to this before. The issue is, they’ve been shut down because they have been seen as illegal. There have been two programs in the past called MOBE and Digital Altitude, which were created in much the same way.

What makes OPM Wealth different is the Bitcoin inclusion. Other than this crypto involvement, the programs seem very similar.

These other programs were shut down because they were seen to be pyramid based. This is because no actual products changed hands. Unless you count the gift you’ll receive, which could be any of these:

• Backpack
• Wireless Charger
• Wireless Headphone
• Kindle Fire
• Laptop

Call me a skeptic, but I believe they are offering this to remove themselves from the alleged pyramid claims.

You’re simply buying into a high ticket system which entices others to also enter the same system, and commissions are earned through more people signing up.

Is this a sustainable model? It’s hard to say exactly, but judging by previous experience, I’d suggest not. I wouldn’t like to recommend you to OPM Wealth and have the program shut down within a few weeks.

OPM Limits

Before signing up with OPM Wealth, there’s a few things you should know. These can limit your potential income, and should be disclosed.

• It’s possible to promote OPM Wealth without investing your own money. This can be done as an affiliate, but your returns will not be as good.
• Also, you’ll need to have obtained 5 sales before any commissions will come your way.
• As an OPM Wealth investor, you will be required to make one qualified sale before making commissions.
• Paid advertising is how you’ll get people to see your promotions. You can either choose to do your own advertising, which will take much learning. Or, pay the OPM team to advertise for you. This will cost you much more and you’ll only receive 70% commissions instead of 100%.
• Allegedly, their sales team converts sales at around 30%. Doing it yourself, they suggest you’ll get around 10%.

I’m just making you aware of these rules before you dive straight in.

My Verdict

Although I don’t believe OPM Wealth to be a scam, I don’t see it as being a straight forward model to make huge wealth like they claim. It’s possible you could make money with this program, but I believe it to be risky.

You’ll only make money if you’re able to entice others to buy in, which could be a hard sell. Not everyone has large sums of money like this to invest, so finding these people may be harder than you think.

I have concerns with the fact they can manipulate your credit score. They say their team will help you raise your credit score, but without genuine methods which you can do yourself, it could be fraudulent.

I also believe that they are jumping on the cryptocurrency bandwagon, as this has been all the rage for the last few years.

The program also sounds eerily similar to the now abandoned MOBE, and could go the same way if the FTC finds similar attributes.

If you do decide that OPM Wealth is for you, I’d urge you to be cautious and ask a lot of questions.
