WP Super Affiliate Summary
Product Name: WP Super Affiliate
Founder/Owner: Paul Nicholls & Anthony Mancuso
Product Type: WordPress Plugin
Price: $12.95 + Upsells
Program Summary: In my opinion, the only benefit of this product would be to make your promotional article look a little nicer. There is no real free traffic like what is claimed, and you’ll be encouraged to pay for upsells to give you more opportunity to succeed.
Would I Recommend It: No

WP Super Affiliate is a plug and play system that requires less than 20 minutes work per day to succeed. You won’t need a subscriber list, tech skills or any experience. You will not be required to create your own product, use paid traffic or even SEO.
Well, this just sounds simply amazing. So, is WP Super Affiliate a scam, or can you really make money with this plugin?
How Does WP Super Affiliate Work
So, obviously I’m very dubious as to whether a simple system like this can create the figures claimed on the sales page. So what is WP Super Affiliate really all about.
Here’s exactly the formula that they are selling you.
- A WordPress plugin to promote products
- Use paid ads methods to generate traffic
So, what’s going on here. We’ve already been told that there is “100% FREE traffic included – no need for paid ads, ever!”. This is total BS, because as you can clearly see, their traffic methods training includes paid advertising models.
Not only that, the only free methods of gaining website traffic is email (which already requires an email list), push notifications (which requires people to come to your website before they can see the notifications) and Facebook (which requires a large following, or alternatively, paid advertising).
This is really disappointing because you’re promised ‘100% Free traffic’ on the sales page.
In regards to not requiring an email list, you WILL be required to send out emails. This is achieved through solo ads, which is encouraged in the training.
Solo ads is where you ‘rent out’ an email list to send promotions to. You borrow someones email list, and pay them for the privilege. For each ‘click’ you get on an internal link in your emails, you’ll pay the email list owner a fee. This could be anywhere between 30c- 90c. per click.
So although you may not be required to have an email list yourself, its much more preferable if you do, as you won’t be paying for another persons list. So, you need one or the other.
So, what about the WP Super Affiliate plugin itself. I actually don’t mind the plugin, although it doesn’t help you with getting more website visitors in any way. What it does help you with, is giving you a nice looking promotional post, although mainly targeted towards the same low quality products like WP Super Affiliate
You will get lots of prompts in regards to if you want to include video, a countdown timer, timezone, description, CTA’s etc. While I do like this plugin as a tool to help make your promotions look professional, it’s still up to you to fill out all the details.
This means a full product description which not only takes time, but you also need to be knowledgeable of any product you promote. So, like all of us affiliate marketers that create product reviews, you need to research the product before writing your description.
This is why I don’t appreciate sales videos that claim it’s a ‘plug and play system’, or ‘works on autopilot’. There’s always much work done behind the scenes of any good online business.
What About Upsells
You didn’t think these guys would make much money from a measly $12.95 per sale of WP Super Affiliate did you. All these types of products encourage you to make additional purchases to help you get better results. These are known as upsells.
Here’s a list of the upsells that you’ll be offered.
- Upsell 1 – $37 – WP Super Affiliate Pro – Includes unlimited installs, unlocks commercial/agency rights, additional templates and premium bonuses.
- Upsell 2 – $67 – Done For You Super Affiliate Campaigns – Super affiliate campaigns with DFY email sequences, videos, reviews, bonuses etc.
- Upsell 3 – $197 – Unlimited Traffic Syphon – Allows 50 people to directly siphon traffic from their sales pages.
- Upsell 4 – $397 – Super Affiliate Classroom – Super Affiliate web training. Upgrade is limited and will show you how to make more money.
- Upsell 5 – $177 – Reseller/License Rights – Receive the license rights to sell WP Super Affiliate and keep the commissions.
Do you need these upsells? They do offer you alternate options to making money. Will you be urged to upgrade to these extras. Absolutely!
What is extremely misleading, is that you’re made to think that everything is included in the $12.95 WP Super Affiliate product. However, as you can see, you’ll only be getting the simple plugin and basic training.
So, is WP Super Affiliate a scam or a good quality product? It’s neither. WP Super Affiliate is not a scam because you will be purchasing a product that could help you with promotions. However, it’s also not a top product either, because the training is not great and is very misleading as it doesn’t align with the sales page.
The claims made by these guys conflict with what you’ll actually receive, and you’ll also be encouraged to purchase their upsells to give yourself a better chance of making money.
In my opinion, this is not the sort of product I’d be recommending. It’s got a bit of the ‘shiny new object syndrome’ about it. A bit flashy with their sales page but lacks real substance.
Just to give you an idea of what you’ll be paying should you buy their product, and then get lured into purchasing the upsells, the total will come in at $887.95. Can you see how they make their money now.
A Better Alternative
Not everyone has the money for these expensive upsells, and not everyone wants the ongoing expense of paying for solo ads or other forms of paid advertising which can be risky in itself. You’ve probably looked at WP Super Affiliate because they’ve said it can work fast, which is how most of these marketers promote their products.
Immediate gratification is what most people want, but sometimes there’s just a much better alternative. The reason being, that most of these products that claim you can make money quickly, just don’t work. Some may help you along the way, but don’t live up to expectations.
If I was to put my money somewhere that could help me learn how to build a long term sustainable online future, it would be with Wealthy Affiliate. In fact I do put my money there, I’m still an active member.
They’ve taught me how to create a website and monetise it through affiliate marketing. This is a fully blown educational platform with all the tools required to make you successful. Having said that, you still need to put in the work, just like you would with any of these lower quality products like WP Super Affiliate.
What you may like about WA is that you can test it out for free, for a whole week. After that you can decide whether to take up their discounted first month offer of $19, or stay as a free member.
You’ll find a community of thousands to chat with and get great advice. There are many successful affiliate marketers willing to help you out. This really is the ideal affiliate marketing solution.
I’ll conclude by urging you to be careful with the products you buy. Many that claim they will allow you to make lots of money with their system and only requires a few minutes work per day are either fraudulent, misleading or low quality.
Whichever you decide, either research the product thoroughly beforehand, or create a free account without any credit card details if the platform allows this.
All the best.
Like many people, I struggled in my early attempts to make money online. It's really frustrating when you try product after product, searching for that elusive opportunity that is really genuine.
Eventually though, I learned how to achieve success in the online world with my own website. This website was created to show others how to do it. I direct people away from the poor opportunities and advise the good ones.
But the simplest and least complicated is [Learn more...]
